How does billing work?
Scoop Essential is billed per visit. All other plans are billed monthly. We charge the card on file at the start of each billing cycle. You receive an itemized receipt via email.
What if I need to skip a visit?
You can skip or reschedule visits through your online dashboard at no charge, as long as you provide at least 24 hours notice.
Do you offer discounts for annual prepayment?
Yes. Prepay for 12 months on any plan and receive two months free. Contact us for details on annual billing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Payment is processed securely through our online billing system.
